Have You Meditated Lately?
You've likely heard me say the 'M' word, better known as meditation, numerous times on Conversations with Christopher http://www.blogtalkradio.com/thepsychic) and the reason why I am such a meditation advocate is I know first hand how very important meditation has been for me throughout my entire life and most important during my endless spiritual journey and lifelong mission to reach and help others.
It really all begins with meditation. Once you are able to center yourself and align yourself properly with the divine energies around you and settle your thoughts and concentrate, you'll find yourself in a very peaceful meditational zone of spiritual oneness.
I remember one of the very first times I meditated as a child and was dumbstruck by the powerful results. Almost immediately, I could feel more positive energy reach within the very depths of my soul and I recall vividly how the meditations serenaded my Spirit and gave me so much additional energy and an overall state of spiritual well-being, and it still does the same thing today!
When I began utilizing meditation each day, if only for a few minutes, I noticed rather immediate results, and when I began meditating before doing readings, I noticed it helped take my connection to an entirely higher level and my accuracy rate increased substancially and it helped me to connect much stronger and I became more grounded than ever before. I was certainly amazed, to say the least, and I never knew such a simple routine could make one's spiritual journey even more brighter and powerful.
And how much does meditation cost? Not a darn penny. Well, at least not at the moment, but who knows if the government may put a 'spiritual tax' in motion at some point in future. *smiles*
So many of us live very busy lives and often do not have the 30-60 minutes a day to do meditation, but this is where the biggest meditation misconception comes from and why most people try and eventually give up on their meditations, and that misconception is that one must meditate for hours a day to achieve spiritual oneness. This is not true, friends. Simple meditations (even the 5-10 minute ones) are most helpful, and let's face it, who really has an extra hour these days? Especially when a full hour is not needed for proper and successful meditations.
Relax your mind and Spirit before going into a meditation, and try to ask your Guides to help you remove any useless energy that you don't need, this helps to wipe out alot of stress that may have been experienced earlier in the day, and gives you an even better chance of a successful meditation. This is what I call 'Meditate Before You Meditate', clearing and cleansing one's Spirit before going into a meditation helps strengthen your connection to the universe and The Other Side. It helps to remove the veil and can help open your spiritual portal as well.
Here is a favorite meditation exercise of mine that I'd like to share with you:
It's a relaxing exercise you can do either in meditation at home or in real time particularly if you have a sandy beach close by.
For meditating at home: In your meditative Sanctuary of the Mind see yourself sitting on the sand. Imagine you can feel the presence of the water, the blue sky with a few fluffy white clouds. Breathe in slowly and allow the aroma of the beach to fill your lungs. After several breaths, allow your fingers to feel the texture of the sand. Know that this sand has been on the Planet since time immemorial in various shapes.
When you feel comfortable start to build a sandcastle. Imagine you have a child’s small bucket and spade, and work with these. Create a building in whatever shape feels best for you. As you meditate you may well hear voices from your past and memories from another age. Allow yourself to progress with the building. It can be any shape that you desire. Once you have completed it, sit back and survey your project and review the memories that have come up.
Visiting a sandy beach: If you can visit a real sandy beach in real time do exactly the same thing. Spend some time breathing and relaxing. Then become conscious of the place, the beach, the water, the sun and the sky and the air. Next observe your feelings, how you are sitting or kneeling. Note any thoughts that may come up. When you feel comfortable, start building your sandcastle. Feel your fingers touching the sand. Work on the castle and allow it to develop. You may well feel foolish. Observe such feelings without judgment and they will fade away. You may well have someone come by and ask what you are doing. If you feel so inclined, ask them to join you. You may well find your activity triggers the creation of a sandcastle-building club. Discuss with each other how you feel. It can be quite a learning experience.
Meditation is available for all of us to use, and it's worthwhile to take part in it, especially if you are wanting to strengthen your spirituality, abilities and gifts, as well as enjoying a more positive spiritual journey where stress can be eliminated and removed simply by meditation. Meditation isnt for everyone, but it sure has been a livesaver for me! Meditation helps us not sweat the small stuff and gears our focus more towards our priorites!

The Journey To The Place You're Going

It's been ages since my last full blog, but I had to take some time out to talk about our recent roadtrip and family retreat in New York. With the various things I'm always involved with (readings, courses, missing persons, personal appearances, radio shows, media interviews, etc) I generally have to block out time in my schedule a year or more in advance in order to have a retreat, or as some say, a vacation. I do not consider my retreats to be vacations, as I prefer the term retreat, as the latter gives one time to focus and reflect on the present, while also putting some attention towards the future.
Those of who you faithfully follow me on Twitter and on Facebook got to read some of our exciting roadtrip tweets and updates from our journey to visit our family in the Catskill Mountains of New York.
By now, many of you are noticing that I've been using the words 'we', 'us' and 'our' alot over the last year. When I say those beautiful words, I'm referring to my soulmate and loving partner of nearly four years, Dannii. I do not often talk about my personal life because that aspect of my life is private from my public life and is of no one's business or concern. Some people love to talk and air out their dirty laundry to their neighbors and will talk to anyone about anything given they have an audience, well that is not me, never has been, never will be. However, this is me being more honest and open with all of you who continue to show me your endless love, support and friendship, plus I'm at a great (and very happy) part of my life right now where I do not mind sharing more!
Between the both of our hectic schedules, this was the first time Dannii and I were able to work it out so that we could both go to visit my family in New York together. This meant an awful lot to me on so many precious levels. Though my mother and grandmother had talked to Dannii on the phone numerous times, this would be the first actual 'meeting' they would have together. Naturally, everything went wonderfully, and it was nearly a week of wonderful time spent together in my Grandmother's house with just me, Dannii, my mother and Grandmother. Shiner was also with us for the journey, and I would not have had it any other way. He enjoyed spending some time with Sissy, our family shih-tzu of nearly 12 years. Sissy is having major health crisis and is likely not long for the world, and Shiner could sense that and often became very protective and fatherly of our dear ailing Sissy. That made me so proud of my little man Shiner, he's always there to help all of us out when we need him, and has the unconditional love to back it up!
Mom and I got to spend some great time together, including going to the fresh market about a half hour away where we got some fresh produce for some delicious meals that we all participated in cooking together as a family, and eating together as a family. The family that eats together, stays together, I'm just convinced that's true! Mom and I also went shopping and got lots of great goodies to put in my memory box. Mom and Dannii went shopping and spent a lovely day together. We all had alot of loving and precious time spent together. It was a magical time for all of us, it truly was! It's been no secret that my Mother and I have had a challenging relationship, but her visit to me in October 2010 was very healing and it allowed us to grow much closer than we'd ever been before. Our mother/son relationship is in a much better place now, and this recent visit only added more glow to it. Even though my Mother and I used to disagree almost all the time on almost everything, I still loved her and wished her the best. Now, she is much more supportive and understands me alot more than before, and me her! She's the greatest mother I could ever ask for, and I love her for always!
My Grandmother made us so many lovely things! A cherry cheesecake, a chocolate cake, an Easter cake, strawberry rhubarb, cinnamon rolls, etc EVERYTHING HOMEMADE!! Dannii made us all an awesome roast dinner with roast beef and all the trimmings! Yum! My Grandmother made us scalloped potatoes with ham, homemade pepperoni pizza, corned beef with cabbage and potatoes. Hungry yet? :) The list continues and goes on and on. It was all down home and just right! For that one week, I felt as though I was living inside a Crackel Barrel!! :)
On to my Grandmother. I have some news to share, though it's not the best news, we are all still hopeful. About five weeks ago, my Grandmother was diagnosed with dementia. The news crushed me, but I expected it as she has went down hill alot over the last year. I had hoped things would improve, but they hadn't, so I suggested that my mother communicate more with my Grandmother's doctor to see what the issue was. I had felt it was either dementia or alzheimers, but felt proper medical attention should be called to duty to evaluate it further. While it's anyone's guess how long my Grandmother's mind and brain will continue to function, it's my strongest hope that she'll do all the right things needed in order to help improve this process as much as she can. While some memories she is no longer able to recount, she is 82 years old and it's perfectly alright to me that a few memories have escaped her. It touched my heart repeatedly to hear her recount various stories of my late Grandfather, of which she remembers memories from the first time they met, worrying and wondering if he'd come back from two World Wars alright, their early years and later years. Of all her memories that remain fully intact, I'm glad she has not lost those involving my grandfather and their 62+ year love affair. After my Grandfather's December 25, 2008 passing, my Grandmother has never quite been the same, and my Guides have told me that this most recent visit will likely be one of (if not THEE) last times I'll see her in her element during this lifetime. My Grandfather is waiting to welcome my Grandmother into the beautiful heavenly gates, and I know it's only a matter of time. I knew well in advance just how important this trip would mean to me on a variety of levels and subjects, and that proved to be true exactly as I had felt it would be. For the time that we were there, my Grandmother laughed more than she had in the last few years combined, and it was good to see her laugh and smile, as she had been through so much, yet still has God's loving light and energies that flow through her body and Spirit and out through her eyes. This is also a gift that now shines brightly through my Mother as well.
Dannii and I got to visit the official site of the 1969 music festival, WOODSTOCK, in Bethel, NY. What an amazing place, and the energy was very active there. If you have a chance to visit the site, sit on one of the benches near the Woodstock monument, close your eyes and begin to meditate, and you'll also be transcended back in time! A magical place with a great museum! Check it out!
A special thank you to my dear friend (and longtime family friend of over 50+ years) Rita. It was so good to see her, and I was moved by Spirit to provide her with a valuable message from her late son. Then just minutes later, her son on The Other Side sent her validation via her cell phone!! I love Rita and it was so great to see her again! You are lookin' great, girl!! xxx Also, a big warm hug to my darling Aunt Germaine who dropped by for a quick chat. Despite all of the horrendous tragedies that she has had to face in this lifetime, including numerous family losses and struggles, she remains a body of strength and faith. Her connection with God is of the highest caliber. I love her! My Grandparents have always surrounded themselves with very good people (with an occasional hiccup)and I am proud to come from such a long line of lightworkers, healers, gifted and gracious people.
I dedicate my life work to all of those before me within my family and those in Spirit who have helped set the bar, pave the way and left the light on for me!
With Love & Blessings,
Christopher

83 Years of Miracles: The American Dream Continues

My grandmother turned 83 years young today which really does prove the old 'it's not about age, it's about attitude!' wisetale. In 83 years of life, she has helped to raise and support her own family as well as countless neighborhood kids and their families. Whenever someone is in need in the community, you can bet my Grandmother will rush to their aide, regardless of her own health at that moment in time. She is from a generation when poverty was in it's extremes. Even during her darkest hour, following the loss of her beloved husband of nearly 63 years(and my grandfather), she was quick to handle her own matters on her own time, but remained actively supporting those around her without skipping a beat. She has seen great moments of happiness, deep moments of sadness and miracles that always saved the day.
Regardless of how many years 'young' you are, I bet you've seen a miracle or two along life's often rarely normal journey. Miracles cannot only be defined as those moments when a life is saved (that is just one of many miracles that we are thankful for) but those moments when a home or property is in jeopardy of being foreclosed, or when the repo man may visit, the illness you thought would never be cured, that unsolved crime was finally solved, the examples are truly limitless.
When you think you are facing inevitable despair, you are suddenly awakened to the saving grace around you that you've helped to manifest in addition to those around you of whom pray and sending you positive energies daily. When you think the worst possible scenario will be your final result, something magical happens. Help has arrived, you are getting things together, and you will be fine.
Do you remember the most recent moment(s) when this has applied to you?
If you are like many others, chances are you'll immediately recall a particular situation when this has resulted in your life.
If you cannot think of a particular situation right away, don't be too quick to say no to this experience. Give it some thought and you will find out the answer is absolutely 'yes' and most likely many times over again! Think about it for awhile and chances are you'll remember a time when a very difficult situation took up a considerable amount of your time and energy, while all of the while things looked impossible that they'd ever improve, and then you let go of your own control of the situation, and let God deal with the rest. Voila!
Miracles happen each and every day, and throughout my many years on my spiritual journey of which I devote my life to, I've been very fortunate enough to see thousands of cases of divine intervention and full circle miracles.
Living through difficult periods of life can be a miracle in itself. If you are going through a difficult period of your life which seems neverending, remember that only you have full control of your life, nobody else does. You are fully capable of making your own mature decisions that will positively affect the lives of not only yourself, but those around you whom you care and love.
Allow your own inner miracle to work it's way around your Spirit to see the positive spiritual goals and results you are manifesting!
Happy Birthday Grandma!! xoxoxo
Keep the faith, follow your dreams,
Christopher

So There's That: Healing Through The Holidays

If you are one of the many people who have bittersweet feelings or emotions during the holidays, I hope this blog will be of some help to you as we embark on yet another holiday season.
During the holiday season, I speak with hundreds of people. Whether it be through personal readings, enrichment courses or casual conversations, and a good portion of clients this holiday season seem to be sharing in with the bittersweet stages of the holiday season for quite a few different and very valid reasons.
2010 was a very, very hard and difficult year for so many people. Money that was readily available for gifts and holiday travels last year and the year before isnt that plentiful for quite a few people this year, so there's that. Alot of people are also very concerned about their livelihood in 2011, so there's that. Let's not forget the many of us who have lost someone very important to us during the holiday season and those emotions and feelings are ever strong and powerful especially during this time of year, so there's that.
Many of us have lost people who we held very dear to our hearts and moving forward with life when God calls one of our loved ones Home is never easy. But as we all know from experience, life does go on, we move forward because we don't have a choice in the matter. When we do move forward, we often feel alot more freedom during the healing process, and new emotions of courage and strength surrounds our Spirit. This is a time when our Guides & Angels are doing all they can to make sure we keeping on the same page and not veering off our charted life plan and delaying or shelving our the real reasons why we are here: our life mission and purpose. If you've lost a loved one and are feeling the loss especially hard during this time of year, the biggest healer can often be to just get out of the house and go do something, whether it be volunteering at a reputable charitable organization (check out http://www.thepsychicspirit.com/charity.html if you need a jump start to finding some worthy charitable organizations who are paving the road for healthier futures for all of us), going to a library to help a child learn how to read, or going out for a holiday meal with a friend -- regardless, sometimes just getting out of the house can be the biggest way to let go and enchance the healing process through the holiday season.
2010 was a very uneasy year, but 2011 will be better in some ways. We all have to realize that the recession that we are all currently experiencing didnt happen overnight, and it's not going to leave overnight either. We all need to stick together and allow it to run it's course, and things will improve. Sometimes gradually, other times gruelingly slow, but improvement will be shown on a variety of levels in 2011. We must all remain positive and hopeful as this will help the universal energies that surround all of us to be more precise and helpful during the process.
While there are countless ways why one may feel depressed this time of year, there are also plenty of hearty ways to understand just how blessed you really are. Together as a big spiritual family, we are given so much direction and guidance not only from our Guides & Angels, but from the very people who love us the most. This also tends to be a time of year where families bury the hatchet and start over from a clean slate. Understand that many problems that one may have with other family members often comes from love, not hate. Repair what you can, and move forward without looking back. With as many blessings as we all have in our lives, 'tis the season for remembering them all and reciting them or writing them down to read whenever you may feel upset or indifferent about the season.
God, your Guides & Angels and so many people in your life truly love you for all that you are. If you are going through changes, don't hide them -- share them with your family and friends. In doing so, this can prevent further or future confusion which can lead to arguments and painful family silence that is both damaging and haunting. You are loved by so many, whether you feel it or not, it's the truth.
Love yourself with the love that you freely give others. Let some of that love reach the inner depths of your heart as it brightens your soul and radiates throughout your Spirit.
Sending you many blessings this holiday season,
Christopher

HER STORY: HEALING IN THE AFTERMATH OF BULLYING

Dear Friends,
I recently did a show on 'Conversations with Christopher' that had to do with bullying. I asked a couple of weeks in advance for all of you to email me your own personal stories and struggles that had to do with bullying. The letter below I read on air and I've received so many requests from listeners asking where they could read the letter. With permission from the author (Ingrid; who is one of my greatest friends) I'm posting it on my blog to help others who are going through or have went through the pain of being bullied, and to know that there is life out there and ways to heal yourself from painful experiences.
Thank you Ingrid, and to the many others who contributed to this show by emailing in their challenging stories of pain, hope and life.
To those of you who missed this show, here's the archive link to it:

*******************************************************************************
Unfortunately I have had the experience of being bullied throughout my life, as a child as well as an adult. Even though there was nothing "wrong" with me on the outside as in any physical traits, which would make an easy excuse to bully someone, I always was the person who was different. I stood out for some reason.
It has meant terribly lonely and isolated periods in my life, often resulting in me having to start over somewhere else. Being bullied gives you the feeling you're never safe, feeling scared all the time, always waiting for the next bomb to drop. Physically you are just drained, tired and depressed, always on high alert, energy that you could be using for other things that are important when you're developing.
I adjusted myself many times out of survival, but there is a thin line between adjustment and self betrayal. It meant for me even losing myself more than what was taken from me by being bullied. I therefore learned that I always have to stay true to myself, no matter what. Giving in to being bullied or becoming one, is self betrayal and there is nothing more damaging than that.
I considered suicide at a very young age, below ten years, surprised I even knew what it was. I decided that I would never give in to that, because by giving in, I would let the bullies or my opponents win, and that was something I definitely didn't want.
Living with the consequences of bullying meant experiencing difficulties in evolving myself socially. Like starting relationships with people due to trust issues, the fear of opening up or really feel free to be myself. Because of low self esteem I felt like I had to step up in friendships, as if I had to "prove" that I was really worth a friendship or relationship.
Sometimes it even feels like a life sentence, even now after some time has passed. I'm not saying that my life didn't work out because of the bullying, but the vulnerability and the scars it left, were picked up by other predators, even with all the time and energy I took to heal. Apparently the scars of bullying remain visible. Bullies always find another reason to target someone, so it has meant an ongoing fight and struggle throughout my life.
In my opinion bullying is abuse and a crime. You can be bullied mentally, physically and even spiritually. It's that damaging to your body, mind and soul, it could kill you. It is that serious. Nobody wants to go through this, we all want the same thing: to evolve, to learn, to experience, to grow, to love and be loved in an accepting way. It's obstruction of a person's natural development, which can result in drastic choices like suicide.
When you are being bullied you don't want to give any more attention and energy to it than it's already taking and you're sometimes inclined to accept it as long as it's "tolerable". This is very difficult to determine, because to do nothing is just an encouragement for them to see how far they can go. By tolerating bullying you might end up pushing your boundaries further and further.
To people on the outside, bullying might seem like innocent teasing. However, kids and young adults might not know or understand boundaries yet and they can go on and on until something terrible happens.
If the bullying goes on too long or is that intense and traumatic, you can find yourself in a place where you do not feel like yourself any more. Connecting with yourself is almost impossible because you feel cut off from yourself, who you are and want to be. It's almost as if the non acceptance of others is a huge part of you and you start rejecting yourself. This alone is enough to cause a lot of despair and at which point life is almost unbearable.
Using the affirmation: "the world's a better place with me in it" and "I have as much right to be here as anybody else." helped me many times to uplift my spirit after a rough day of dealing with all the abuse. It might seem a bit strong, but when non acceptance is all around you it does shield you from the negative energy and pushes it away.
Bullying is about power and control of a social situation for instance in a classroom, at work or in a family. The most encounters I had with bullies are the ones who operate in a group, a bully alone is much less powerful. From my experience there are mostly one or two persons that lead a number of people astray within a group, by having them engage in bullying. These people are being manipulated and are allowing themselves to be used as a harmful instrument against someone else. With apparently no real identity of their own, they are far from the truth about themselves.
Then there are the bystanders, the ones who witness it all, but decide to do nothing about it, because they don't care or are glad that they aren't the ones being sought after and/or do not want to get involved. Which gives the bullies and their accessors the chance to make a person's life a living hell. Those people should be aware of the fact that even when the bullying energy is not aimed directly at them, the abusive energy is all around and therefore affects everybody in it.
Those who engage in bullying might feel that they are vindicators, but spiritually they're just setting themselves back. By putting others down, they are putting themselves down, even if it may seem like all is going well for them in the outside world. This is no comfort for me, because it would be so much easier if people would make the choice not to do it, so we can all evolve and move on quicker to the same goal.
Bullying is a problem of all ages and nationalities, there are so many "reasons" why bullies feel they can pick on someone and get away with it. They often know which person to pick: someone who is "low" on social status, who people most likely will not stand up for, hasn't learned to defend themselves and is not likely or capable to say or do anything about it. They can sense that someone hasn't fully accepted him/herself yet and this triggers them to target this opening.
Being different brings out the biggest fear in a lot of people, namely to be labeled an outsider, outcast and therefore not to belong. Most people want to feel safe and an easy way to do that in their belief is to join others in a group and attack those who "mess" with their sense of security.
A lot of people can't accept a person who isn't like themselves. They're mostly focussed outbound, connecting only with what they can see on the outside. They don't consider the effects of their behaviour, justify their actions as if it were a fact of life and someone's own fault for being attacked. They feel you should adjust yourself and being different in their view is just a way of seeking attention, or not being able to get by with what is expected in a social system based on their own cultural or religious beliefs.
People who are that insecure, consider and use others as a reflection of how well they are doing and let themselves be dominated by the rules of a group, which in the prehistoric times meant survival, but is totally outdated nowadays if you ask me. Ofcourse it's your own responsibility to fit in and to do what is asked of you, but never should it be expected that you change in order to fit in. To be different can be an amazing asset to a group, work place or a society, but people have to be willing to appreciate it.
It's a shame that people are so focussed on those things that set us apart in stead of what connects us all. If they were to let go of their own insecurities, they would be able to see how much they could benefit and learn from someone who is not like them. Even if you don't like someone or don't feel comfortable around someone, you have a choice to leave them in their own self worth.
There is the belief that bullies get bullied themselves, at home for instance, and are just looking for an outlet for their own pain and the pressure they are under. I'm sure it could be true in a lot of cases, but bringing pain to others is hardly a good way of coping and in my opinion should never be tolerated.
Acceptance is something to strive for, not merely tolerance, because tolerance leaves an opening for negativity, since you can also tolerate that. Really accepting yourself and others is what gives freedom to us all. It's a process in which we all must take part in order for it to succeed.
Being bullied is not who you are but merely a challenge to overcome and nothing more than that. Going through life being bullied puts you in a survival mode. Merely surviving is not a life, but if you want and do survive, there is a possibility for healing and growing stronger BECAUSE you survived.
The only thing you know when you kill yourself, is that this life is over. It may seem like freedom, however, lessons unlearned or unfinished might mean you have to try again. So although it may seem like a way out for now, it could prove to be no more than just a postponement. Most importantly, you will never know how wonderful your life might have turned out to be after overcoming the bullying, what you would have accomplished and what kind of wonderful person you would have become.
I'm so glad Christopher and Trish did a show together on this sensitive subject. Being bullied is still covered in so much shame, which isolates someone being bullied even further. However, it won't go away by itself. After so many incidents with young people taking their lives for not being accepted for who they are, I hope that people will start to understand how serious it is and how terrible someone's life can be while having to go through this.
I also hope that people will speak out the next time they witness a bullying situation. To stand up against bullying is standing up for yourself and what is right. Ofcourse you can't expect others to fight your battles, but when someone is attacked, we basically are all under attack. Bullies will always find someone new to bully, next time it might be you or someone who is close to you.

The Sign

I did not write this, but it was passed on to me. It really touched my heart, and I thought it might touch yours too!!! Enjoy :) Christopher
A blind boy sat on the steps of a building with a hat by his feet. He held up a sign which said: "I am blind, please help." There were only a few coins in the hat.
A man was walking by. He took a few coins from his pocket and dropped them into the hat. He then took the sign, turned it around, and wrote some words. He put the sign back so that everyone who walked by would see the new words. Soon the hat began to fill up. A lot more people were giving money to the blind boy.
That afternoon the man who had changed the sign came to see how things were.
The boy recognized his footsteps and asked, "Were you the one who changed my sign this morning? What did you write?"
The man said, "I only wrote the truth. I said what you said but in a different way."
I wrote: "Today is a beautiful day but I cannot see it."
Both signs told people that the boy was blind. But the first sign simply said the boy was blind.
The second sign told people that they were so lucky that they were not blind.
Should we be surprised that the second sign was more effective?
Moral of the Story: Be thankful for what you have. Be creative. Be innovative. Think differently and positively. When life gives you a 100 reasons to cry, show life that you have 1000 reasons to smile. Face your past without regret. Handle your present with confidence. Prepare for the future without fear. Keep the faith and drop the fear.
The most beautiful thing is to see a person smiling… And even more beautiful, is knowing that you are the reason behind it!!!
If you appreciate this message, please share. You may touch someone's heart today and forever.

Getting Rid Of The Weeds In Your Spiritual Garden by Christopher Reburn

It's healthy for all of us to take routine inventory of our lives every so often. This is also a great approach to figuring out which areas in your life may need some improvement, further work and study, and plain things that are just not working for you any longer, and also key figures and people in your life which may not be in the healthiest of company, and those who may be taking way too much of your energy from you.
We begun to plant our spiritual garden in this lifetime long before we ever took our first breath of life on this earthly plane, and each and everyday we continue to water and tend to our garden. Within our spiritual garden are all things possible including our current goals, and all the nutrients we'll need to continue our journey. Every once in awhile, some weeds will begin to grow in our garden which can bring chaos to the other levels of development and growth within our divine center, and that's when we need to take full inventory of our garden, which important nutrients to keep, and which to remove once and for all!
Such is the case with all things in a reality sense. The truth is, there are always going to be people that come in and out of our lives for any number of reasons, as not everyone we meet is destined to be a part of our destiny, and occasionally we need to take inventory and put on our gardening gloves and pull some weeds!
When you can clear through and get rid of all the weeds in your spiritual garden, you'll notice that your garden will flourish to all new heights and a higher state and sense of awareness, both spiritually and intuitively. It's also a great personal accomplishment when you are able to get rid of things in your life which no longer hold an active meaning or purpose within it.
Be confident in who you are, and know that everyone makes mistakes, it's part of learning, living and loving. While you continue to allow your spiritual garden to grow and be nourished daily, take inventory of all things you want to remain in your garden, and get rid of the rest. START PULLING THOSE WEEDS!!!!
Blessings of friendship and love to you always,
Christopher Reburn
